Bling Booze and Baby Shoes (BB&BS) is a customized bling art company.  Our products are handcrafted meaning each stone is individually placed by hand.  Due to the products being made to order, BB&BS does not accept return, exchange, cancellation OR refund requests.  Please thoroughly read each listing and contact us with any questions prior to sale.  No two items are alike therefore variations will occur and should be expected. 

By completing your order, you are in agreement with the Bling Booze and Baby Shoes Return/Exchange/Cancellation/Refund Policy. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please inbox us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Orders that are shipped back to BB&BS with out a pre-approved exchange ore refund will automatically be returned to the sender at the sender's cost.
