Shipping policy

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY; USA ONLY

All orders are processed within 4-6 weeks due to items being made to order.  Business Days Only (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please inbox us with your name and order number and our team will look into it. 

NO RETURNS - NO EXCHANGES - NO CANCELLATIONS due to our products being made to order.  ALL SALES FINAL.  We do not grant refunds.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please inbox our team as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

PLEASE NOTE: The holiday season is upon us.  Depending on timing and the amount of orders received, there is no guarantee of delivery prior to Christmas!  An email will be sent notifying you if your order will ship out in time for Christmas.
